This trailer has the perfect layout for its size, without sacrificing benefits of the big trailers. It sleeps 8! It has the longest 88” table sitting available in any RV that slides out. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a 12 person set of plastic large and small plates, bowls, and cups. Silverware, tons of cookware from spoons, ladles, and spatulas, mixers, cheese grater, can opener, cooking scissors, steak knives etc. Pots and pans. Mixing bowls with lids, hot pads, plastic cutting boards, hand and dish soap, two rubber dish dryer holders, and paper towels. seasoning included (salt and pepper and Montreal steak seasoning and garlic salt, onion salt, and a few more. All 4 beds can be furnished with a “waterproof” mattress cover, sheets, 2 pillows per bed, and comforter. You can add these at an extra cost. The bedroom has sliding doors with closets, drawers, outlets, usb chargers. Under the bed has a storage area. (we use this to put dirty clothes out of the way) The Bunk beds are the double wide bunks. They are a huge plus over twin size bunks. They each have their own light, but share an outlet and usb ports. They each have a window and snap on black out window covers. (Max weight is 350 lbs) The bathroom has a tub, which is great for little kids! The toilet is porcelain not plastic which is nice for multiple reasons. The bathroom also has a fan and the door has a lock on it. The TV can swivel 360 degrees to go in the bedroom or living room area!!! I ordered this trailer with the upgraded bigger A/C unit. Outside has a 20’ massive awning kitchen, fridge, small griddle, and extra counter that hang on the trailer wall. Outside comes with a massive 9’x18’ rug, table, 4 camping chairs, extra 3 burner griddle, and an outdoor 2’ tall solar lantern with Bluetooth speaker. (Newly added) 2” receiver hitch on back of trailer for a cargo basket that can hold up to 600lbs. I use it for the generator, gas cans, firewood. Backup camera and side camera’s that have lights, speakers to communicate to driver. And a live feed while driving with a 7” screen that suction cups to windshield.

This one is listed at 29 ft, against the length limits the five Utah national parks publish. Length is all the listing gives you: ask the host for the width mirror to mirror and the height with everything on the roof, because at Zion those are the two that decide whether you get through.
Bryce Point Road and Paria View Road, 20 ft
Closed to RVs over 20 ft and to anything towing. Published only in Bryce Canyon's Superintendent's Compendium, not on any Plan Your Visit page.
Elephant Hill Access Road, Canyonlands, 21 ft
A two-wheel-drive gravel road to a major Needles trailhead. Vehicles and combinations over 21 ft overall are prohibited.
Canyonlands campgrounds, 28 ft
Willow Flat and The Needles both cap a vehicle, or a vehicle and trailer combined, at 28 ft.
Zion, Canyon Junction to the East Entrance, 35 ft 9 in
No permit has been available since 7 June 2026. An oversize vehicle is turned around at the gate.
Capitol Reef is not on the list because it publishes two limits for the same two spur roads, 23 ft and 27 ft, both current. Both are printed on the Capitol Reef page.
Availability, the live total and the booking itself all sit with the host. Ask for the width mirror to mirror and the GVWR in the same message.
