Get ready to hit the road in style and comfort with our beautiful 2017 Mercedes Thor Quantum 24KM! Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway in the local National Parks or beautiful nearby mountains, a cross country road trip, or an outdoor adventure, this luxury class C motorhome has everything you need to travel with ease. This rig has been very well kept, is in great condition, and has all the accessories you could dream of! Equipped with an onboard generator, outside LED lights, three TVs (Two inside TVs and one outside TV) with HDMI and iPhone hook up, three burner stovetop, convection microwave, on demand water heater, an incredibly quiet AC and heating system, inverter, propane tank, and Bluetooth stereo, you’ll have everything that you need in one package! This quiet, smooth riding diesel Mercedes has all the bells and whistles and gets great fuel economy, averaging 14 miles per gallon! Compare this to similar size gas rigs that only get about 6–8 miles per gallon and are so loud inside, you can barely hold a conversation while driving (trust us - we've had both!) It's also spacious yet compact. At 24 feet, it is easy to maneuver and fits in most campsites while still providing plenty of room for your crew. Keep in mind that a lot of National parks restrict vehicle length, and this is a perfect rig that will easily be allowed in most National and State parks. It sleeps up to 6, with a queen bed, a convertible dinette, and an overhead bunk, there's plenty of sleeping space for families, couples, or small groups. Plus, there is room for 2 pack and plays for the little ones when the motorhome is parked and slide is extended. You will also be able to enjoy the privacy of your own full bathroom. No need for campground restrooms - you can enjoy your own private shower, toilet, and sink. Ready to roll? Book your adventure today and experience the open road in luxury! Have questions? We're happy to help! See all the fun new add-ons! Including new, 2025 E-bikes, 2025 mountain bikes, new inflatable paddle boards, camping and hiking gear, and kids gear! Note* if you bring back the RV in good, clean condition (same as you received it), cleaning fee will not be charged. However if we need to do more than a basic wipe down, additional cleaning fee will be charged. Absolutely NO BURNING MAN. If vehicle is discovered to be taken to Burning Man unauthorized, there will be a minimum $20,000 fee assessed. * Please note for Winter travel: we do winterize All our vehicle vehicles on November 1 through approximately March 15, weather dependent. Which means that there is no water available for toilet, sink, or shower during these dates. If you’re considering travel to California, Arizona, Florida, or other areas that are above freezing at night, and your booking is longer than two weeks, we will consider allowing for the vehicle to be de-winterized at your destination location, and re-winterized prior to leaving your destination location. If vehicle is NOT winterized, vehicle MUST be kept in above freezing temperatures. If temperatures will drop below freezing during your trip and the vehicle is not winterized, you will be REQUIRED to move to a warmer location.

This one is listed at 24 ft, against the length limits the five Utah national parks publish. Length is all the listing gives you: ask the host for the width mirror to mirror and the height with everything on the roof, because at Zion those are the two that decide whether you get through.
Bryce Point Road and Paria View Road, 20 ft
Closed to RVs over 20 ft and to anything towing. Published only in Bryce Canyon's Superintendent's Compendium, not on any Plan Your Visit page.
Elephant Hill Access Road, Canyonlands, 21 ft
A two-wheel-drive gravel road to a major Needles trailhead. Vehicles and combinations over 21 ft overall are prohibited.
Canyonlands campgrounds, 28 ft
Willow Flat and The Needles both cap a vehicle, or a vehicle and trailer combined, at 28 ft.
Zion, Canyon Junction to the East Entrance, 35 ft 9 in
No permit has been available since 7 June 2026. An oversize vehicle is turned around at the gate.
Capitol Reef is not on the list because it publishes two limits for the same two spur roads, 23 ft and 27 ft, both current. Both are printed on the Capitol Reef page.
Availability, the live total and the booking itself all sit with the host. Ask for the width mirror to mirror and the GVWR in the same message.
