What the host says about it

Our family LOVES the RV! It has a queen in the master bedroom with a sliding door for privacy. The bathroom is separate from the shower so both can be utilized at once. The kitchen table is a U shape so it can fit more than your average table AND it makes it a much bigger comfortable bed. We love playing games around this table at night and making so many memories. The sofa is next to the table which also easily folds down for an additional bed. There's an additional sleeping area that's a full size over the cabin (driver's seat). If you wanted to you could fit 8 people sleeping in all the areas. The kitchen area... there's actual space to be able to prepare food! There's a double sink, oven, stove, microwave so you can cook the way you like to when camping. There's a pop out to make it more spacious which is one of our favorite parts! It makes it easier to drive and still gives you the extra space when you are all set up. Also, the backup camera is a 10 with making it easier to get around.

Questions about the Home away from Home

The Home away from Home sleeps up to 8. Sleeping capacity counts every berth in the floorplan, so a comfortable trip usually means booking for a few fewer people than the maximum.
The figure the marketplace shows is a base rate before dates. It does not carry the host's fees, the protection plan, or Utah's short term rental tax, which adds 2.5% state plus 7% Salt Lake County on a motor vehicle rented for under 30 consecutive days. Enter your own dates on the booking page for the real total.
Pickup is wherever the host keeps the rig, which for a Salt Lake City listing is usually somewhere in the valley rather than at the airport. Some hosts offer delivery for a fee they set themselves. We own no lot, and delivery is never ours to arrange.
The Home away from Home is a drivable motorhome, so no tow vehicle is needed.
Cancel more than 30 days before your rental starts and you receive a 50% refund. Inside 30 days there is no refund, and that also covers early check-outs, no-shows, and weather interruptions. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before the start date.
Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly units for a one-time pet fee. Check the Home away from Home listing before you book. Undisclosed pets carry a cleaning fee, and smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.
No Hidden Fees

Which Utah park roads it clears

This one is listed at 32 ft, against the length limits the five Utah national parks publish. Length is all the listing gives you: ask the host for the width mirror to mirror and the height with everything on the roof, because at Zion those are the two that decide whether you get through.

  • Over

Bryce Point Road and Paria View Road, 20 ft

Closed to RVs over 20 ft and to anything towing. Published only in Bryce Canyon's Superintendent's Compendium, not on any Plan Your Visit page.

  • Over

Elephant Hill Access Road, Canyonlands, 21 ft

A two-wheel-drive gravel road to a major Needles trailhead. Vehicles and combinations over 21 ft overall are prohibited.

  • Over

    Canyonlands campgrounds, 28 ft

Willow Flat and The Needles both cap a vehicle, or a vehicle and trailer combined, at 28 ft.

  • Clears

Zion, Canyon Junction to the East Entrance, 35 ft 9 in

No permit has been available since 7 June 2026. An oversize vehicle is turned around at the gate.

Capitol Reef is not on the list because it publishes two limits for the same two spur roads, 23 ft and 27 ft, both current. Both are printed on the Capitol Reef page.
